Shipping Cost
Our shipping costs are calculated based on the weight of your order, the destination, and selected method of delivery.
Shipping Perishable Items
• Orders ship in 1-3 business days.
• Orders to locations below 60° will be shipped Monday - Friday.
• Orders made after 12pm Central Time on Wednesday to locations above 60° will be shipped Monday to avoid getting stuck over the weekend. They will arrive insulated with ice packs to keep your cheese fresh.
Shipping During Warm Weather
Warm weather decreases the amount of time our cheese can spend in transit. Thus, we can only offer faster shipping methods during warm months.
Problems/Return Policy
If you experience a problem with your order such as damaged, missing, or incorrect items, please e-mail us or call us at 509-674-8133. You must contact us within 3 days of receiving your package. After 3 days we will not replace or resend merchandise, or issue refunds. When calling about an order problem, please have your order number ready.
For safety reasons, we cannot accept returns on perishable products.
